Prosperity ONE Credit Union was created from a merger of smaller community Credit Unions with the intent to serve as a full service entity, offering the same great local service with all of the amenities of a larger bank. Their brand was created by CUBE as a way to demonstrate a member experience that is prosperous and unified – hence the name: ProsperityONE. The tagline Community Banking and Financial Services was added as a way of differentiating themselves from the Credit Union label, and the “small town” perception that accompanies it.

The member experience carried through from a full renovation of their main branch, into their marketing materials and their staff, who acted as brand ambassadors and provided service that was beyond exemplary. A comprehensive member kit, with a custom “suitcase” filled with items for their new journey into prosperity was the highlight of the new marketing materials.

With the success of its brand, ProsperityONE gained enough visibility in the region to draw the attention of Tandia Financial CU and a successful merger to further expand their portfolio of services.
